Abstract

How often do we see in our outpatient clinic practice referrals due to palpitations? We present a clinical case with two concurrent unusual findings: a giant Valsalva sinus aneurysm with an anomalous coronary right artery origin. In the multimodality image era, we are able to characterize these potentially harmful findings with accuracy.
