Utilidad de la Cardio-RM en la insuficiencia cardiaca

Resumen

La insuficiencia cardiaca es un síndrome clínico, causada por una anomalía cardíaca estructural y / o funcional, lo que resulta en un gasto cardiaco reducido y / o presiones intracardiacas elevadas en reposo o durante el estrés. Para poder tratar de forma adecuada a los pacientes con este síndrome clínico es muy importante poder realizar un diagnóstico preciso que nos permita identificar la etiología subyacente. Por este motivo las técnicas de imagen juegan un papel crucial en el diagnóstico y en el tratamiento de la insuficiencia cardíaca.  Revisamos como la Cardio-RM es una técnica de referencia en estos paciente.
