The presence of intracardiac foreign bodies and their treatment are still a controversial issue given the variety of locations, the different clinical manifestations and the prognostic implications. The number of published cases in which there is no direct entrance site of the foreign body to the cardiac cavities, diagnosing or assuming their
embolization, is much more limited. We present the case of an adult male with cervical firearm wound, and two foreign bodies in the right ventricle without a direct entry door.
