Abstract

Coronary artery fistulae are unusual anomalies, that occasionally can cause clinical and hemodynamic impact. In such cases surgical or percutaneous treatment is indicated, but it may cause sequelae or complications.

We present a case of a patient with a fistulae between the left coronary artery and the right atrium, which was surgically repaired. Three months after intervention, the patient developed ventricular dysfunction and the computed tomography angiography showed thrombosis of the repaired coronary fistula.
