Aortic inflammation (aortitis) is usually a consequence of mainly autoimmune vasculitis, which in a high percentage of cases compromises the aorta with potential serious events or the need for associated interventions. The purpose of the presentation of the following case is to know the prevalence and the diagnostic and therapeutic approach to suspected aortitis in order to get closer to knowing the best management in these patients
