To address the untreated patients with severe mitral regurgitation (IM) and high surgical risk, transcatheter edgeto-edge repair (TEER) with mitraclip (MC. Continuous improvement of the MC system allows effective treatment even in complex anatomies; however, crossing limits can lead to increased device and procedure failures, and an experienced interventionalist is needed to choose the correct clip to suit individual anatomy. The objective of this case is to show late complications asociated with mitraclip implantation.
