Abstract

Aortic supravalvular stenosis is the least common form of obstruction to left ventricular outflow. We present the case of an adult with Von Willebrand disease in whom supravalvular aortic stenosis is associated with a bicuspid valve and an anomalous cord from the raphe to the narrow sinotubular junction. The diagnosis is analyzed by echocardiography and tomography with surgical correlate.
