Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is an established procedure in patients with severe aortic stenosis and high surgical risk. Currently, other indications with potential benefit are being studied, such as valvular bioprosthesis dysfunction in patients with an incresed risk of reoperation. In those cases, the transcatheter implant of a valve inside the ring of the previous prosthesis can be performed in a procedure called valve-in-valve (VIV TAVI). In this report we describe two cases of bioprosthesis dysfunction due to severe regurgitation in which the endovascular solved the clinical problem.
