Infrequent pathologies, such as the case of partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, needs to maintain a high index of suspicion, in order to be able to diagnose them and establish appropriate treatment, before the hemodynamic repercussion is irreversible. For this reason, we must resort to the imaging methods available to make accurate diagnoses and to help the surgeon in his intervention
