Catheterization as a functional imaging modality in suspected postsurgical obstruction of pulmonary venous drainage

We present a case of complex congenital heart disease with a postoperative complication. This case emphasizes the importance of catheterization as a functional tool when non-invasive imaging techniques are inconclusive and highlights the need to combine anatomical imaging with invasive pressure measurements in order to identify complex complications.
