Abstract

Cardiac magnetic resonance is considered the ideal technique for anatomical and functional assessment of the right heart chambers. Pulmonary valve pathology is one of its most frequent indications. The case of a patient with the rare finding of a quadricuspid pulmonic valve is shown, suggesting the strategies to be followed for an accurate determination of the degree of valvular involvement.
