4D-Flow cardiac magnetic resonance imaging allows the assessment of flows in the three dimensions of space within the acquired three-dimensional volume. Quali-quantitative evaluation of semilunar regurgitation is feasible. The usefulness of this technology in patients with aortic and pulmonary regurgitation is shown.
