Massive aortic aneurysms are rarely reported. They are defined as having an aortic diameter greater than 70 mm. Currently, clinical guidelines do not issue recommendations for its management. The approach to this entity requires the use of different imaging modalities, although the echocardiogram represents the vital study for its initial diagnosis. Its management requires replacement of the aorta and aortic valve replacement. We present a series of cases with different cabinet studies for the diagnosis and evaluation of giant aortic aneurysm.
