Transcaval access as a solution to TAVI implantation in patients with complex vascular access

TAVI implantation has become the best treatment option in high-risk patients with severe aortic stenosis. Sometimes the limiting factor is the access route to get the prosthesis into place. With this brief clinical case we show how the transcaval implant is an option that can solve these complex cases.
