We introduce a young’s clinical case suffering from relapsing acute pericarditis, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and cor triatriatum. The latter was found by chance. Cardiac image technology, transthoracic echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance, was essential to make therapeutic decisions.
