Absent pulmonary valve is a rare condition, classically associated with tetralogy of Fallot. Fetal echocardiography images are pathognomonic, with pulmonary valve regurgitation, enlargement of pulmonary trunk and branches and usually absent ductus arteriosus. Prenatal diagnosis it is essential for counselling, as it permits scheduling childbirth in a tertiary center.
