Abstract

We present the case of a middle-aged woman who was admitted to cardiology service of our center due to first episode of heart failure, being diagnosed with non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy with incidental finding of
several biventricular thrombi. During follow-up we found that one of the prothrombotic factors associated with this case was the presence of a silent hypernephroma. Through in this case, we briefly review this entity with special emphasis on imaging techniques useful for the diagnosis
