Primary pericardial angiosarcoma is an extremely rare tumor associated with a very poor prognosis. This is a presentation of a case of a patient presenting with acute constitutional symptoms and dyspnea in whom a hemopericardium due to a pericardial tumor. The case evolved rapidly and ended fatally. The diagnosis of primary pericardial angiosarcoma was made in the autopsy.
