Welcome to the August 2023 issue of RETIC! In this beautiful issue we have review articles on the flow diagram in the performance of TEE in congenital heart disease, and on the assessment of regurgitation of semilunar valves through the novel CRM-4DFlow technique. On the other hand, interesting cases are presented using multimodality in cardiac imaging; among them, light chain amyloidosis, myocardial deformation and CRM after COVID-19, systolic anterior motion of posterior mitral valve, right coronary artery fistula to arteriovenous malformation in the right atrium, complications of AMI such as papillary muscle rupture and ventricular septal defect or the always feared infective endocarditis. Finally, as usual, we present our famous trukis in cardiac imaging, this time we will talk about pericardial constriction, Ebstein's disease, intraoperative assessment of VSD after AMI, and echocardiographic examination of the superior vena.
