Diagrama de flujo para la realización de un ecocardiograma transesofágico pediátrico

El ecocardiograma transesofágico se ha convertido en una herramienta de gran importancia en la cardiología pediátrica. Se han desarrollado guías para la realización del éste inicialmente en pacientes adultos y posteriormente en la población pediátrica. Con base en la guía más reciente de la Sociedad Americana de Ecocardiografía para la realización de un ecocardiograma transesofágico en niños y pacientes con cardiopatías congénitas elaboramos un diagrama de flujo para facilitar la obtención de las diferentes vistas. Consideramos que este diagrama facilita la realización del estudio y puede ser de gran utilidad en la enseñanza y manejo perioperatorio de cardiopatías congénitas.Descargas
