Welcome to the December 2021 issue of RETIC. In this issue, Dr. García Fernández explains the usefulness of perfusion studies with echocardiography. Dr. Urmeneta Ulloa reviewa the usefulness of 4D flow MRI studies in the assessment of atrial septal defect and Dr. Garilleti Cámara reviews the usefulness of PET with 18 fluorodeoxyglucose in inflamatory cardiomyopaties . In the case section we have spectacular examples of sarcoidosis, atrial dissection, fibroelastoma and endocarditis. We finish with tricks in the assessment of the carotid, Fallot... and about postural hygiene in sonographers.
