Welcome to the April 2021 Issue of RETIC. We open with an editorial focused on the role of cardiac imaging specialists in structural interventionism. The review articles are dedicated to the unbalanced AV channel and to the evaluation of the right ventricle with echocardiography. The gallery of cases includes examples of cardiac masses, aortic dissection, valvular pathology and ends with a very striking example of the usefulness of echocardioscopy. Finally, in the tips section we will review peripheral pumps, TEE in aortic repair, and echo evaluation of abdominal aortic aneurysm.
