Welcome to the December 2020 issue of RETIC. In this issue, professors Spina and García Fernández focus on the changes that the "new normality" after COVID brings to the image area. The reviews are dedicated to arterial Doppler of the vessels of the neck and extremities and to the assessment of dextrocardia. In the case section we have spectacular examples of constrictive pericarditis, apical thrombus, marantic endocarditis, and unicuspid aortic valve. We finish with tricks in assessing the outcome of mitral valve repair and in echo assessment of the abdominal aorta.
