Welcome to the April 2020 issue of RETIC. This issue is very important because it is the first issue of the new era of collaboration between the Spanish Cardiac Imaging Society (SEIC) and the Cardiovascular Imaging Society of the Inter-American Society of Cardiology (SISIAC) with new ideas, a new editorial team and, especially, many, many cardiac imaging cases. The review articles are dedicated to the exclusion of the appendage and the study of fibrosis with MRI. And in the tricks section, don't miss the article dedicated to the detection of aortic aneurysm with the echocardiogram.
