Abnormal coronary origin are uncommon congenital defects. Clinical suspicion linked to the use of new imaging methodologies in cardiology are pivotal for the diagnosis and for clinical management these patients. We present a series of 3 cases where different complementary methods were used, including electrocardiogram (ECG), Doppler echocardiogram (eco), cinecoronariography (CCG) and multislice tomography (TMC).
