Constrictive pericarditis is an uncommon pathology. The diagnosis uses to be challenging because often it has an insidious clinical presentation and echocardiographic similarities with re-strictive cardiomyopathy. However, paying attention to certain key data (clinical and imaging) can help us to establish the diagnosis as soon as possible, and try to avoid the progression of the disease.
