Abstract

Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) is considered an ideal technique for the evaluation of intracardiac masses. The differential diagnosis of cardiac mass in patients with an oncologic process should include intraventricular thrombus. We present the case of a patient with a diagnosis of acute pulmonary thromboembolism and the infrequent finding of thrombus in transit at the level of the right ventricle studied by CMR
