The presence of a common trunk of the inferior pulmonary veins is an extremely rare pathology that has been reported in 0.6% of patients undergoing pulmonary vein studies. We present the case of a patient diagnosed by computed tomography, which provides precise images of the anatomy of the veins, atrium, and their relationships with other structures.
