supraesternal window, aortic arch, strokeAbstract
The importance of the study of the aortic arch as a source of cerebral embolism in patients with ischemic stroke is analyzed. Recommendations for the evaluation of the aortic arch by echocardioscopy through the suprasternal window are presented, analyzing different findings and their usefulness.
