Commissural mitral regurgitation. The role of three-dimensional approach

The case of an 84-year-old patient with recent onset dyspnea is described. The patient is diagnosed with severe mitral regurgitation resulting from the prolapse of the anterolateral commissure, which is an uncommon presentation of a rare mechanism.
