Abstract

Coronary artery fistulas stem from a congenital anomaly. They consist of the connection between coronary artery territories and cardiac chambers or major vessels. We show the case of a 17-year-old patient who presented angina pectoris and decreased functional class. This case was diagnosed as total anomalous pulmonary venous, 3 coronary sinus and 1 vertical vein, with coronary fistula of the territory of the anterior descending coronary artery draining into vertical vein. Redirection of pulmonary veins is performed without complications. The patient presents remission of symptoms in his 4-month evaluation
