Abstract

We present two atypical cases of intracavitary thrombus formation, due to their localization, clinical course and patients’ co-morbidities. In both cases cardiac magnetic resonance was the best non-invasive diagnostic tool (“single shot” technique) to establish a correct diagnosis.
