Abstract

We report a case with a diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus, who presented endocarditis of Libman-Sacks with severe aortic stenosis, that required aortic valve replacement. The case shows the diagnostics tips to perform the diagnosis of noninfectious endocarditis as a cause of severe aortic stenosis.
