Interventricular septal dissection as a complication of aortic endocarditis

We report a case of infective aortic endocarditis complicated with perivalvular pseudoaneurysm diseccting perimembranous ventricular septum. This clinical case is a good example of 3D-echocardiography and cardiac-CT usefulness in anatomic and functional assessment of infective endocarditis complications.
