Cardiac tumors always represent a challenge for clinicians. Most of them are metastasis, while primary tumors are rare. Manifestations are non-specific and can simulate any disease. Its location is clue to possible etiology. Echocardiography is main tool in search for finding and describing cardiac tumors. In this case we tell the story of a young woman with an acute coronary syndrome who is diagnosed to have a growth in right atria of unknown origin.
