We present a case of Hedinger syndrome or cardiomyopathy due to metastatic carcinoid tumor of special educational interest because it allows an iconographic review of the typical characteristics of valvulopathies associated with Hedinger syndrome using different imaging techniques. Hedinger syndrome in carcinoid syndrome occurs in more than half of the cases and is produced by vasoactive substances released by the carcinoid tumor that mainly affect the right heart valves (tricuspid and pulmonary) and, in up to 10% of cases, there is also damage at the level of the aortic and/or mitral valves.
