Welcome to the April 2022 issue of RETIC. In this issue we have an editorial on the nomenclature used in arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia and two excellent review articles on the usefulness of cardiac MRI in patients with heart failure and in the evaluation of coronary fistulas. In the case series we have fantastic examples of ventricular pseudoaneurysm, COVID-19 cardiomyopathy, right ventricular thrombus, and cardiac hydatid cyst. And we end with our selection of tricks that includes articles on deep vein thrombosis and M color mode.
