Tricuspid carcinoid valve disease is a rare disease with high mortality related to the severity of valvular regurgitation, late diagnosis and limited therapeutic options. We present the case of a 67-year-old woman who consulted due to chronic diarrhea, weight loss and symptoms of right heart failure. Positron emission tomography and liver biopsy confirmed the presence of infiltrating neuroendocrine carcinoma of the ileum. Transthoracic echocardiogram showed a tricuspid valve with immobile leaflets with the appearance of a frozen valve and severe insufficiency. A double TricValve transcatheter valve was implanted, this being the pioneering procedure in Chile, also with excellent clinical results.
