Abstract

Thrombi are the most frequent cardiac masses. Their formation is almost always related to the presence of areas of stasis due to altered contraction. However, it is unusual to find multiple thrombi or thrombi in several chambers simultaneously. We present the case of a patient with dilated cardiomyopathy with severe ventricular dysfunction in whom multiple thrombi were diagnosed incidentally in both ventricles.
