Abstract

Coronary aneurysms are rare entities. We report the case of a young woman, who evolved into aneurysm rupture of the right coronary artery with dilated cavities and hyperfl ow. The transesophageal echocardiogram adequately describes the anatomy and circulatory physiology. Multi-slice tomography allowed an accurate anatomical analysis of the aneurysm and the distal right coronary artery. Resection of the aneurysm and coronary revascularization was performed.
