Abstract

Cardiac myxoma is the most common primary intracardiac benign tumour. Left atrium is the most frequent location,
right next to the interatrium septum. Echocardiography is the technique of choice for detecting myxoma. We present a case which peculiarity is the atypical location of the mass in the left appendage and the diagnosis as an incidental finding in a CT scan as part of the “Management of patients under suspicion of COVID-19” protocol
