Intraventricular mass in the context of ventricular dysfunction: differential diagnosis

We present a clinical case of an intracardiac mass in the context of left ventricular dysfunction in a patient without anticoagulant treatment, with the challenge of making an adequate differential diagnosis without any other tool than the transthoracic echocardiogram.
