Double myocardial rupture post myocardial infarction in an asymptomatic patient

Mechanical complication of acute myocardial infarction generally produces several symtoms and potencial damages for the patient´s live. We present an unusual case about an asintomathic patient with a history of acute myocardial infarction five years ago, who was diagnosed with double myocardial rupture (rupture of the free wall and the interventricular septum) accidentally discovered with echocardiography.
