left main coronary artery external compression, pulmonary hypertension.Abstract
Left main coronary artery compression by a dilated pulmonary artery is a poorly considered complication in patients with pulmonary hypertension. It can be linked to angina and sudden death. We describe the diagnosis in a woman that was treated with angiographic and intravascular ultrasound-guided coronary stenting.
