Hodgkin's lymphoma... a mediastinal "small mass

We report the case of a 17 year-old male with Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis who debuted with constitutional symptoms and the first finding was done by two dimensional echocardiography, which was later supplemented with chest tomography and histological study. Once the diagnosis was confirmed, chemotherapy and radiation therapy were started.
