We present the case of a 54-year-old male patient with symptoms suggesting right heart failure. The study shows a large, hyper-uptake right atrial mass on positron emission tomography with computed tomography, with no metastasis demonstrated on that exam. Resection surgery shows a high-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma of B cell lineage. Treatment was completed with 6 cycles of chemotherapy, with no evidence of recurrence 6 months after treatment.
