Primary cardiac tumors are infrequent, as well as intramyocardial localization. Currently we have different imaging modalities that allow us to perform a tissue characterization of the cardiac masses and establish the functional/ hemodynamic compromise of it. We present the case of a 79-year-old patient who consulted for an incidental finding to define behavior.
