Hip pathology, acute such as fracture or chronic such as osteoarthritis that requires installation or replacement of hip prostheses, is a common problem in the elderly. They usually are aggressive surgeries that are performed in patients with a high load of cronical diseases, so complete monitoring during surgery is very important, as exemplified by the following clinical case.
