Resumen

La resonancia magnética cardíaca es una técnica excelente para la valoración anatómica y funcional cardíaca en todo tipo de contextos clínicos. En este artículo vamos a revisar la aplicación de las secuencias de contraste de fase, que son las secuencias que permiten el estudio de los flujos cardíacos, en diferentes escenarios clínicos.
